WEBThe fans noise is a beginners mistake delivered to you by CyberpowerPC. The fans are connected to the Power Supply, so open the case, connect the fans to the motherboard (see in the manual where the fans heathers are located). Once you have done that, go to BIOS pressing F2 as soon as the computer starts and set the fans to DC-Smart Fan.
