WEBSep 25, 2020 · Same problem here: Watch Series 6 on 7.0.2 and iPhone SE 2nd gen on 14.1. I notice it after I receive a notification and notice the red dot on my watch face. I can swipe right or left but not up or down. I can fix it by restarting the watch, but it comes back.
