There are multiple choices for trails. The ones we did had very little climbs and stays on sandy ground. If you've ever walked on a beach with a cane, you should be fine. The visitor center will offer you options that are best for you and you can experience the palms just past the visitor center.

When we hiked there someone spotted an owl in a nest. A branch of this trail goes west to a hilltop that was covered in flowers in January. Imagine it s even more stunning now after more rains.
