What can you tell me about last year's fatality of the UK tourist at your facility? An English friend shared a newspaper story with me when I mentioned I was considering a skydive on my trip to Grand Canyon. Did the chutte really have holes in it?

Hi James, Thanks for taking the time to ask your question, before believing fake media. The answer to your question is No, the parachute did not have holes in that caused the accident. The Equipment was found to be functioning 100% correctly at the time of the accident. Unfortunately there was a terrible accident last year, however as mentioned it was not due to any equipment malfunction. I refer you to a more facts based article written by the Arizona Central newspaper which directly contradicts the article written by the Sun. (Please visit Arizona Central news outlet and search for Grand Canyon Skydive) Tandem skydiving itself is statistically safer then driving to the airport and many other daily tasks. At Paragon Skydive we ensure that we have the best equipment and instructors possible to help ensure you have the best and safest experience possible. We sincerely hope that this accident and the subsequent reporting does not turn you away from the amazing experience that skydiving offers. Kind regards, The Paragon Skydive Team
For those that have done it, and or the company, how much of the Grand Canyon do you get to see once you’re out of the plane? Also does the video/picture package capture these views too? Thanks!

So, you're not actually skydiving directly over the Grand Canyon, but over the airport which is about 8 miles away from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. During the actual jump and freefall, you can see the grand canyon in the distance. In my videos I received, they don't actually photos apparently, I only got a small glimpse of the canyon very briefly although I think this could be dependent on the instructor and the order that you jump as my instructor was wearing his GoPro on his left wrist which faced away from the canyon during freefall.
Hi I'm interested in a skydive, can this be done with a GC tour as I'm interested in doing the GC tour and Hoover dam tour and heli ride, regards Chris

Hi Chris, The jump can be done with a air tour however it is a fixed wing service from Las Vegas to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The flight does give you views of Hoover Dam however it would not be the same perspective of the helicopter. You will get to visit the rim of Grand Canyon as part of the air tour.
Hello guys, I am 60 and will spend a few days in GC in the beginning of October. I'd like sky diving for my first time but unfortunately I've got some knee problems. What do you think... Go for it or staying with both feet on the ground? Pierre

I'll be staying on the strip in Las Vegas 23-26 December. Will Paragon be open on Christmas Day? And how do I get there and back from the strip without a car?

Thanks. I'm interested in the Air Transport option. Where can I book this? I can't find that option on your website.
