Q:
How long does it take the average person without children to walk around and see everything?
A:
I'd say 90-120 minutes depending on how much time you spend viewing the animals. It's got a couple of hills within the park that provide a nice workout while walking.
Q:
Has anyone done the Pygmy Hippo experience? What did you think?
A:
No, I have not done the Pygmy Hippo experience. I think under the right circumstances with the right people it would be an interesting experience.

Where would you recommend to spend the night when bringing a toddler to the zoo for a day and an overnighter? Somewhere easy access and with a kid friendly pool. Any suggestions?
A:
Residence Inn in Hurstbourne is nice - can’t recall if they have a pool though. We stay at these hotels when traveling w/kids because they have full kitchens
Q:
Are any of the exhibits indoors
A:
yes a few, but mostly outdoors. Check the website for a map and list of animal locations.
