A taxi will cost around 45-50 euros for a 45 minute journey. if you go by taxi there are two lovely ceramics factories selling hand-painted items for a few euros each on the main road between Lindos and Rhodes. It might be worth adding a few minutes to the fare to go into them but I don't want to spend your money for you!

Old town is exactly that. The town operates all the time with stores restaurants hotels, museums , If you want to visit the great museums & walk part of the wall buy a multi pass. The wall walk is only open for several hrs in the morning, i think until 2pm. It is closed on certain days. We stayed in old town for 8 days & found not much happens before 10 am.

Another lady in our group was dairy free and explain she wanted a pasta but not the sauce and they made a tomato based. This was 2 different restaurants so the obviously are all really helpful.
