Isen is a town located on Tokunoshima, in Ōshima District, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. As of October 2020, the town has an estimated population of 6,139 and a population density of 97.9 persons per km². The total area is 62.70 km². Isen is known for its abundant nature, long-lived residents, and Tōgyū.
