Are leashed dogs allowed at/to walk Mormon Row with their humans?

Actually we went in mid- September, and there was no issue with leashed, well behaved dogs on the dirt road portion that goes in front of the famous barns . But, beware that bison herds are all about, and converged right on Mormon Row when we were there, thus being calmer, our dogs did not react, as we quickly retreated away from the converging herds by the barns, but other dogs certainly might. (Initially upon arrival, there was only a lone stray male or two, so they do come from out of nowhere quickly!) * And to help with upkeep, I’ll tell everyone, there is a secure donation box low on the visitors info sign, which besides my spouse and my contribution, I didn’t see anyone make any drops?! If able, please give here/other places like this so they can continue for others in the future ;-)
Many rental cars are not allowed to be driven on unpaved roads. Am I correct to assume that Mormon Row Homestead area cannot be accessed by a rental car because of this restriction. I appreciate your reply Thanks RIE46

By the way, the road to Mormon Row District is paved if you take the turn onto Antelope Flats Rd. You will drive a short ways and there will be a parking area on the left side of the road where you can get out to see a house and a couple barns. Very pretty
