I come from a state with many covered bridges (Indiana), and have photographed upwards of 30 of them. When we were headed towards Astoria, I had this one marked as a possible stop (time permitting).… Full review by Indyinin

Grew up back Easy where covered bridges are more common. This one is long, plain wood planking, in good condition. Miss hex signs of Pennsylvania Dutch ilk. Full review by Derrski

Just off the highway lies Grays River Covered Bridge...the only covered bridge in Washington State that is still in use. Built in 1905 and covered in 1906 so livestock wouldn't slip on the wet plank… Full review by busconi
