In the wee hours of Thursday morning, a heavily inebriated Andy Cohen decided to wrap up CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live broadcast by going scorched earth on the city’s outgoing mayor — despite his co-host Anderson Cooper’s best efforts.

Former NY City Mayor Eric Adams slammed Andy Cohen’s criticism during the latter’s ’New Year’s Eve Live’ special.

Cohen, who co-hosted the New Year’s festivities on CNN with journalist Anderson Cooper, ranted about the scandal-plagued Democrat, whose term had just come to an end.

The reply came just hours after Cohen took an opportunity to send Adams a very public message on CNN while hosting the network's annual New Year's Eve countdown alongside pal Anderson Cooper.
