Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco could take much longer than expected to recover after he broke a fibula in the final minutes of Sunday's win over the Bengals.

It turns out that Isiah Pacheco's return this season is no guarantee.  Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday that Pacheco was having surgery on his fractured right fibula and that he may not be able to return this season.
