Connor Essegian had a career-high 29 points off the bench and Nebraska hit 13 3-pointers in a 96-79 nonconference win over South Dakota on Wednesday night in Lincoln, Neb.

Essegian joins Brice Williams in lifting the Huskers to a win by delivering career-highs. Williams dropped 21 points for Nebraska on the night, going 7-of-11 from the field and 4-of-6 from beyond the arc.
