Dave Parker died a month before his Hall of Fame induction, but his son read a poem from his dad at Sunday's ceremony in Cooperstown.

Dave Parker II will speak at the Hall of Fame induction on Sunday, nearly a month after his father died at 74.

Both Hall of Famers were elected last December by the Classic Baseball Era Committee. Allen passed away in 2020 and Parker died this June 28.
