(7News) — A Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent who owns a tattoo shop is being held without bond after he was accused of sexually assaulting two women after promising them modeling opportunities, Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) officers said Tuesday.

Eduardo Valdivia allegedly raped two women in a tattoo studio in Gaithersburg, Maryland, according to officials. In 2022, Valdivia was found not guilty on multiple charges of shooting a man on a train.
