More than two months after the fatal shooting of Letcher County Judge Kevin Mullins, ex-Sheriff Shawn "Mickey" Stines was back in court Monday.

A former Kentucky county sheriff accused of fatally shooting a judge in his courthouse chambers in September has pleaded not guilty to one count of murder.

A former Kentucky sheriff accused of killing a county judge in his chambers two months ago is due in court for an arraignment Monday, the first time the suspect will be back at the Letcher County courthouse since the shooting there.
