Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott recently spoke about whether the team is considering placing rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman on injured reserve.

The Bills won’t be getting wide receiver Keon Coleman back in the lineup this week. Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters at his Monday press conference that the rookie wideout will not play against the Chiefs. Coleman injured his wrist a couple of weeks ago and did not play in Sunday’s win over the Colts.

Coleman was hurt near the end of Sunday’s win over the Miami Dolphins, suffering a wrist injury on a late hit from Dolphins safety Jordan Poyer. The team announced on Friday that Coleman had been ruled out for Sunday’s game, with head coach Sean McDermott saying there is a chance he will miss significantly more time beyond this week.
