A man won big after buying a $3 instant ticket while running errands, Arkansas officials said. The Pulaski County resident who bought the 10X Cashword instant ticket in Little Rock had no idea the ticket was carrying a $75,000 prize, according to a June 5 news release by the Arkansas Lottery.
