Alvin Kamara entered Week 10 just 12 yards short of Mark Ingram's record as the most rushing yards in New Orleans Saints history. It didn't take long for Kamara to break the record. Kamara rushed for 11 yards on his first carry of the game which was good enough to tie the record.

The New Orleans Saints have a new franchise leader in all-time rushing yards, and it is Alvin Kamara. Kamara came into the Week 10 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons only 12 yards away from taking the record away from his former teammate Mark Ingram, and on the first two rushes of the game was able to accrue over that amount to take it for himself.

Kamara came into the Saints’ Week 10 game against the Atlanta Falcons needing just 12 yards to break Mark Ingram’s franchise record for career rushing yards. The Saints star running back broke the mark with just over 12 minutes left in the first quarter.
