Noah Kim made five starts for Michigan State in 2023, taking the starting quarterback job from Payton Thorne in the spring, and holding down the fort until an injury ended his 2023 campaign. After the season, following a coaching change from Mel Tucker to Jonathan Smith, Kim made the decision to transfer from MSU to Costal Carolina.

The former Michigan State starting quarterback announced Monday that he is entering the transfer portal for a second time. “Let’s make it happen,” Kim said on X. “Beauty in the struggle.” Kim spent this season at Coastal Carolina where he served mostly as a backup to Ethan Vasko.
