Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles was glad to sign cornerback Kyler Gordon and linebacker T.J. Edwards to contract extensions. One more player he would like to get a deal done with is guard Joe Thuney.

During a pre-NFL draft press conference on Tuesday, general manager Ryan Poles told reporters that signing Thuney to a contract extension is a "priority" for the team. Obviously, Poles and company are going to be busy this week with the draft.

But will anyone want to move up? This year’s draft, which starts Thursday in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is defined by a few elite level prospects — the Bears have the number at less than 10 — followed by 75 or so players that profile as potential starters. The Bears have four selections that fall into the starter range — Picks 10, 39, 41 and 72.
