The Sacramento Kings are on the verge of picking up a backup center after trading Jonas Valanciunas to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday. ESPN's Shams Charania reported that Drew Eubanks plans to sign a one-year deal with the Kings once he clears waivers after being released by the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Detroit Pistons will be looking for a new backup point guard as Dennis Schröder has reportedly signed with the Sacramento Kings.

Having already added Cam Johnson to their roster on the first day of free agency, the Denver Nuggets are acquiring Jonas Valančiūnas from the Sacramento Kings as depth behind Nikola Jokić.

The Sacramento Kings are trading center Jonas Valanciunas to the Denver Nuggets for Dario Saric, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania on Tuesday. Valanciunas, 33, has two years and around $20 million left on his deal while Saric is on an expiring contract.
