Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates | Indian benchmark equity indices traded flat on Wednesday, following mixed global cues. Gains in HDFC Bank, M&M, and Infosys were offset by losses in Reliance Industries and Bharti Airtel.

The Nifty 50 ended the session with a modest drop of 0.11%, closing at 24,194 points, while the Sensex also posted a slight loss of 0.13%, settling at 80,004 points.

Meanwhile, the NSE Nifty 50 index rose by more than 100 points, or 0.5%, to reach 24,340. “The two-day rally in the market is unlikely to be sustained, as earnings concerns remain a significant headwind.
