Tsuji won the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship from Konosuke Takeshita at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20. The IWGP World Heavyweight Title was established when it was officially unified with the IWGP Intercontinental Championship by Kota Ibushi in 2021.
