A school bus driver was arrested in Lakewood and now faces a felony charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust.

A school bus driver allowed a parent with a firearm in a lockbox onto a Mukwonago bus, citing a domestic conflict.

The pickup truck passed between the bus door and the children who were about to board, nearly hitting them. The mother of the 7-year-old was standing nearby, helplessly watching. “She was visibly upset and shaking,” said Brandon Stewart, the 7-year-old’s father. Shawn Kennedy, the 11-year-old’s father, said he watched the camera footage.
