The crash took place at about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday when a car rear-ended a commercial vehicle, State Police said.
The victims have been identified as Aharon Lebovits, Shlomo Cohen, Chaim Grossman - all 18, and Yaakov Kilberg, age 19.
The crash involving several vehicles is the vicinity of exit 8A New Brunswick Township, according to media reports.
