The Wayans family, who through film, TV, sketch and stand-up comedy, have both entertained and created countless jobs both on and off camera in Hollywood, will be feted at this year's NAACP Image Awards.

Dave Chappelle will receive the President's Award at the 56th NAACP Image Awards, while the Wayans Family get inducted into the NAACP Hall of Fame.

Keenen Ivory Wayans, Damon Wayans Sr., Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and Kim Wayans and Damon Wayans Jr. — will be inducted into the NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame. The honor will be bestowed February 22 at the 56th NAACP Image Awards,

The NAACP announced on Thursday (Feb. 13) that the Wayans family would be inducted into the NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame during the 2025 NAACP Image Awards on Feb. 22. The broadcast will be extended by 30 minutes in honor of the historic moment.
