Xander Schauffele has set a timetable for his return to the PGA Tour. The world No. 2 golfer has been out of competition due to a rib injury but told Golfweek that he plans to tee it up at the 2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational scheduled for March 6-9 at Bay Hill Club and Lodge in Orlando, Florida.

Schauffele has been sidelined with a rib injury since the opening match of TGL and last played on Tour at The Sentry, the kickoff to the 2025 season in Maui.

This is the first time in nine seasons as a professional that Xander Schauffele has suffered a major injury. Schauffele has won nine times on the PGA Tour, including two major championships, both in 2024 (PGA Championship, The Open Championship).

It’s only seven weeks until The Masters, but world No.2 Xander Schauffele is still to return from injury. The American has been ruled out of action since The Sentry after sustaining a rib injury, which was later diagnosed as an acute intercostal strain/micro tear.
