The Charlotte Harness Seals Performing Arts Center completes a $44 million project including a new wing of classrooms.

Germantown High School itself opened in 2011 to serve Madison County's growing student population. A wing of 24 new classrooms opened in July 2024 replacing trailers temporarily used as classrooms.
