A man was arrested after a brief manhunt in New York City after he allegedly punched a 9-year-old girl in the face at Grand Central Terminal for no reason.

In the viral video, Dr. Bita Farrell explained that she made herself into her own “lab rat” by drawing a line down the middle of her face and only adding filler into the right side of her visage.

The girl was knifed in the right side of the face around 3:10 p.m. at the corner of Third Avenue and East Tremont Avenue – near Walter Gladwin Park, police said.
