Brandeis University has announced the launch of a transformational campus development project: a new state-of-the-art residence hall that will add 631 beds to the university’s housing portfolio.

Ferris State announced Thursday a $38 million project to create a new residence hall located on the north end of Top Taggart Field. The hall will have 300 beds in rooms spread out over four stories.
