Russia likely helping North Korea with submarine development, Seoul says
Russia has likely provided technical assistance to North Korea in the development of submarines, South Korean Defense Minister Ahn Gyu-back told the country's parliament on Oct. 13, Reuters reported.
North Korea currently provides Russia with 35–50% of its ammunition requirements, delivering 200,000–260,000 shells of 152 mm and 122 mm per month. — Ukrinform.
North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has praised the legacy of the country's ruling party in a speech ahead of Friday's 80th anniversary of its founding, as delegations from China, Russia and Vietnam arrived in Pyongyang to attend celebrations.
