Ty Simpson and Alabama fell victim to Oklahoma's exotic blitz that created two game-changing turnovers in the first home loss since 2023.

Alabama went to some trickery against Oklahoma, and it worked on Saturday as the Crimson Tide tried to dig out of an early hole.

According to ESPN sideline reporter Holly Rowe, Thomas is believed to have injured his hamstring on the play. Rowe reported that Thomas was unlikely to return to action on Saturday after struggling to push up out of his stance in practice reps on the sideline.
