York City police are looking for a man who they say assaulted a woman at the Penn Park Splash Pad. The assault happened around 3:20 p.m. on June 30.

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police arrested a man accused of sexual indecency at a splash pad where kids were playing just a few feet away. Colby Cole was accused of misdemeanor public indecency.
