FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police arrested a man accused of sexual indecency at a splash pad where kids were playing just a few feet away. Colby Cole was accused of misdemeanor public indecency.

LAKE CITY, Fla. — A man was arrested at a helicopter pad in Lake DeSoto Friday after he was allegedly caught having sex with a teenager in his car, Lake County Police Department says.

FORT SMITH -- A Lavaca man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a Tuesday report of lewd behavior near the splash pad and pavilion area of Riverfront Park, according to police.
