PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - The newly proposed Shell Point Surf Club was a hot topic at Thursday night’s Panama City Beach council meeting and council members are working to find solutions.
BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – Shell Point Beach and Surf Club will be a place to learn how to surf. It would be located on 10-and-a-half acres of land just east of the Walmart store on Back Beach Road.
