A 41-year-old Chattanooga man has been arrested after a shooting that left a neighbor and the neighbor’s dog injured.
The Chattanooga Police Department arrested Anthony Newsom, 41, in relation to a shooting that occurred in the 800 block of Sylvan Drive on April 21.
