Today, the Fall River Police Department released body-cam footage of the incident, as the death toll increases to 10.

Investigators are looking into a number of issues including the possibility that the fire was caused by smoking near an oxygen tank.

Elderly residents – some in wheelchairs and some dependent on oxygen tanks – were blinded by deadly smoke as they tried to escape an assisted-living facility in Fall River, Massachusetts, which caught fire Sunday evening.
