CEDARVILLE — A Cedarville University student is among those presumed dead after an Army helicopter collided with an American Airlines flight that was on approach to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near Washington, D.C. on Wednesday night. The university identified the student as Grace Maxwell, a mechanical engineering major.
