Tributes are paid to the late Halyna Hutchins in a bizarre premiere that mostly dwells on the size of their family and defends Hilaria Baldwin's fondness for Spanish.

According to the show’s official synopsis, “The Balwins” is “an intimate, behind-the-scenes look into the lives of Alec and Hilaria Baldwin and their seven children. This series blends the highs and lows of family life, with the challenges and humor that come while raising a large family in the public eye.”

The series begins just before he was scheduled to stand trial in the fatal shooting on the set of “Rust.” The reviews have been somewhat uneasy.
