Jesse Kitagawa Jr. is facing charges for reportedly selling the ghost gun used in a school shooting that left two kindergarteners in critical condition.

On Tuesday, the Butte County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 45-year-old Jesse Kitagawa Jr. of Phoenix.
