Investigators are working to determine if strong wind gusts are to blame for the deadly collapse of a home under construction on the South Shore that killed a father of two.

The collapse occurred at a building under construction at 19 Vine St., said Weymouth police Chief Richard Fuller.

Mario Diaz Obando, 29, of Fall River died at the hospital after getting trapped when the single-family home on Vine Street caved in as winds picked up, NBC Boston states.
