Temperatures fell below freezing at about 5 p.m. on Sunday and are expected to stay there until around 11 a.m. Friday, putting Denver on track to see nearly 115 hours of frigid temperatures.

While Denver isn’t forecast to get much, if any, new snow Tuesday, most of the Front Range and Eastern Plains can expect some snowfall before temperatures rise later this week. The National Weather Service said it should be partly sunny in the Denver metro today,

The Park Range of northern Colorado’s Rocky Mountains could see more than 2 feet of snow accumulate by 5 a.m. Tuesday, forecasters said.
