"Queen Esther" from Sight & Sound Theatres tells the Purim story with a Christian spin. It's not a Purim spiel most Jews will enjoy.

Queen Esther of Persia is a heroine and beautiful woman and she is honored during Purim for saving the Jewish people from death, according to Bible scripture.

When they get to show who they are, be expressive and forge a real relationship with God, the women of the Bible endlessly fascinate me. So writing about Esther is a treat.
