Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Chris Jones will miss Wednesday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers with a calf injury.

According to a report, #Chiefs DL Chris Jones is “unlikely” to play in Kansas City’s matchup against the Pittsburgh #Steelers on Christmas Day
The Chiefs (14-1) made Jones inactive for their Christmas Day meeting with Pittsburgh (10-5). Jones, a five-time Pro Bowler, is dealing with a calf injury he sustained late in last week's victory over Houston. This is just the eighth game Jones has missed since entering the league in 2016.
Jones sustained a calf injury in Week 16 that caused him to miss practice this week. Though he returned as a limited participant in the Chiefs’ drills on Tuesday, Kansas City officially listed him as questionable for its tilt against the Steelers. It is unclear how much time—if any—Jones will need to miss due to his current condition.
For their game against the Steelers, the Chiefs have injury designations for Jones, D.J. Humphries and others with additional moves made.
Sheawna Weathersby, partner of Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones, recently shared the fun and exciting celebratory tradition the team’s families and friends follow whenever the Chiefs score during games.

Four sacks, two takeaways and constant harassment of Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson told the story of Wednesday afternoon’s NFL Week 17 game.
The road has gotten considerably harder, just as the Steelers knew it would when the schedule was released in May. Like Phil Connors in “Groundhog Day,” however, knowing what's coming and being able to navigate it are two different things.
Mahomes is not only one of the most clutch players ever, with a shortstop’s arm and range, but also one of the toughest players in the game.
