The Royals have won their first three spring-training games, and highlight videos of the players have been widely circulated on social media. But fans will have their first chance to watch the boys in blue this week.

Two of the Royals' top prospects hit homers to take down the Chicago White Sox today in a come-from-behind victory.

The Kansas City Royals announced their radio and television broadcast schedules for the 2025 Spring Training season.

Vólquez has also worked with a few pitchers. He loves to teach and help younger players learn the game. He travels back and forth from Miami to the Dominican Republic to help run a baseball academy. “I can teach those guys how to be a pro and the mechanics of pitching,” Vólquez said. “I think it’s a great time to do it now.”

Caglianone is experiencing his first big-league camp. Last summer, he was selected sixth overall in the 2024 MLB Draft. The Royals valued his two-way ability during the draft process, but now Caglianone will focus on being just a hitter.

Last year’s Royals became the first team in MLB history to lose 100 games in one season (2023) and then win a postseason series the next (2024).
