The Buffalo Bills (9-2) are riding high these days as they head into Week 13 of the NFL season coming off a bye while also being able to wrap up their division early. Buffalo is definitely focused on its upcoming matchup against the San Francisco 49ers (5-6),

Bills: The Buffalo Bills were off in Week 12, so they didn’t move in our rankings. They are still the clear No. 2 team in the AFC, and you can make an argument that they are No. 1 after beating the Chiefs in Week 11.

Taking care of expected business during the bye week would have been a head start, though. New York Jets (3-8, Bye Week) Woody Johnson took the bye week literally and said "Bye" to GM Joe Douglas, who was a master at drafting talented players.

Even after a week off, the Bills are still considered the second-best team in the NFL, at least according to this week's power rankings.
