The official Samsung Store has launched an extensive Two Day deals event this week that's every bit the rival of the more well-known Amazon Prime Day sale that's also happening currently. In fact, I'd say that some of Samsung's anti-Prime Day deals are even stronger right now.

For bargain-hunters who don’t need the latest bleeding edge smartphone, now’s the time to buy. Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days on October 8 and 9 presents the perfect opportunity to score a recent high-tech Android phone for less than the original price.

Sticking with buying the Pixel 8 Pro, Amazon will offer $135 for the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (the most recent Samsung phone Amazon will accept), whereas Google will pay $120. Google values the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max (the most recent Apple phone Amazon will accept) at $200 while Amazon will pay $225.

This huge $300 discount – which applies to the Blue and Yellow variants of the phone – is especially remarkable when you consider that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 hasn’t even been out for three months; a sub-$1000 price tag for the newest iteration in the cutting-edge Z-Flip series is a serious deal.
