Rusty Pelican, a seafood restaurant located in Rocky Point, is set to reopen for the first time since back-to-back hurricanes struck Tampa Bay.

On Friday, Tampa Mayor Jane Castor, and County Commissioner Ken Hagan both said they’re open to restarting negotiations with the team again.
