AMD unveiled two new Ryzen 9 9000-series processors at CES 2025 with frame-rate-boosting 3D V-Cache as its latest top-end desktop chips for gamers and creators.

AMD gaming CPUs like the 9950X3D only have one 3D V-Cache because the performance gain isn't worth the cost, according to the company.
