The Trump administration is bringing in a new top official to lead EPA’s enforcement office on an acting basis. Jeffrey Hall, previously a partner at Burke Law Group, is joining the agency as principal deputy assistant administrator in its Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, according to an EPA email seen by POLITICO’s E&E News.
